Having lived and worked in both the city and the suburbs, Mindy Stinson knows this town well and loves calling the Houston area home!
She moved to Kingwood, Texas, in 1993 when her family relocated from Shreveport, Louisiana.
Her journey took her to College Station, Texas, the Galleria area of Houston, Monterey, California, and even briefly to Italy.
Mindy happily calls Kingwood home again and is thankful to live just next door to the house she grew up in, where her mother still lives today.
A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Mindy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance. Prior to real estate, Mindy built a successful career as a CPA working at a “Big Four” accounting firm as well as in corporate accounting roles.
Driven by the desire to work in a more personal and relational field, Mindy transitioned to full-time residential real estate, specializing in the north Houston area. She has an unwavering passion and motivation for helping families and individuals through the real estate side of life’s great milestones and transitions.
Her professional accounting background supports the precision, organization, detail-oriented, and client service aspects of her real estate work, while her heart for people keeps the process centered on what matters most.
